DeRoyal Europe Ltd is involved in the manufacture, distribution, sales and marketing of Acute Care and OEM medical products. The business, based in Kells, Co Meath, Ireland is one hours drive from Dublin City and International Airport. Established in 1992, DeRoyal Europe Ltd. occupies a modern 14,000sq. metres premises, which includes a large cleanroom manufacturing facility. A wide range of products from Kells is distributed to over twenty countries in Europe and Asia.

Additionally, DeRoyal has a strong manufacturing, sales and marketing presence in South and Central America. Successful manufacturing facilities based in Guatemala and Costa Rica include DeRoyal Cientifica of Heredia, Costa Rica. This facility produces electrical thermistor wire sets and the sensors for our temperature monitoring products.

DeRoyal also strives to pursue opportunities in Australasia. Currently, all Australasia business development is based in Powell.
