that sterile and non-sterile products never meet. Four
sterilization chambers, among the largest in the USA,
offer high-volume capabilities - all computerized to
provide continuous monitoring throughout the cycle. A
diverse selection of sterilization cycles is available
including nitrogen purge and 100% ETO. In addition to
customized sterilization cycles, DeRoyal offers
individualized preconditioning and degas rooms to
ensure that customer specifications can be
accommodated.

Offering
complete state-of-the-art
sterilization and laboratory testing
services at DeRoyal's New Tazewell,
Tennessee campus, Royal Sterilization
Services is ISO 13485; 2003 certified to meet customer
requirements. To ensure sterility, an
extensive set of lab services are
utilized including: biological
indicators, product sterility,
bioburden, and residual analysis, as
well as viscosity testing for
DeRoyal's Multidex wound care gel and
Ph testing for wound care products.
