Packaging and Assembly
Using Doyen and Multivac equipment, DeRoyal is pleased to provide many packaging options in multiple locations. Running on two shifts, our form fill and seal Multivac machines have twelve sets of tooling, all with variable depths to accommodate many sizes and shapes of products. In-line thermal transfer printers create high quality product labels and give DeRoyal the ability to quickly and easily change and update product labeling specifications.
The Doyen packaging machine is ideally used for packaging thin items like wound care dressings. The lengths and widths of the packaging are easily adjusted without the need to change tooling.
Following GMP guidelines, DeRoyal assembles many different types of products. Assembly can be by hand or by automation. From connecting tubing sets to suction canisters to rolling stockinette to soldering parts together, DeRoyal can tackle any custom assembly requirement.
