Solution 1
Standard Procedure Trays- DeRoyal has nineteen procedure-specific trays that represent the primary supply requirements of a specified procedure. Developed with the input of experienced nurse practitioners, DeRoyal's Standard Procedure Trays contain only quality latex-safe products, ensuring safe implementation in every case for both clinicians and patients. Procedure-specific draping is also included in each tray.

Solution 2
Major Basin/Drape Pack-The vast majority of surgical procedures can be accommodated by a basic basin set combined with a procedure-specific drape pack. DeRoyal has eleven different standard basins that are stock items.

Solution 3
Under-utilized Inventory- DeRoyal has a limited quantity of Custom Procedure Trays (CPTs) that are underutilized according to forecast projections and have not shipped in 180 days. A wide variety of procedures are covered by the CPTs held as underutilized inventory.
