DeRoyal offers our established customers a variety of value-added Web tools to make ordering and using our products easier. These include:

DeRoyal Order Connection

The DeRoyal Order Connection supply management tool allows you to replenish your DeRoyal product inventory directly from the Web - no more phone or fax orders! The DeRoyal Order Connection also allows you to control your inventory more tightly.

DeRoyal PACK Management

The DeRoyal PACK Management supply management tool allows you to manage your own supply of custom surgical products. You can manage inventory, view and modify bills of materials, submit change requests, conduct standardization analyses and determine best practice solutions.

PLEASE NOTE that you must be an ESTABLISHED CUSTOM TRAYS CUSTOMER to register for PACK Management. If you currently not a Custom Trays customer but are interested in our Custom Trays program, please contact your DeRoyal Acute Care Sales Rep or DeRoyal Customer Support for assistance.

DeRoyal Billing Index

The DeRoyal Billing Index reimbursement lookup tool helps you quickly locate HCPCS reimbursement codes for our Orthopedics products. With the Billing Index, finding HCPCS reimbursement codes is simple - just enter the DeRoyal part number! The Billing Index provides the description plus floor, ceiling and state-specific reimbursement values for each HCPCS code.

DeRoyal Orthopedic Protocol Guidelines

The DeRoyal Orthopedic Protocol Guidelines are designed to help caregivers better treat and educate their patients about common orthopedic injuries. Our Guidelines include checklists and tips for diagnosis, treatment, documentation, and billing for these types of injuries, as well as Self Care Guides that can be printed out and given to patients as an aid to treatment and recovery.

In addition, each Guideline includes a list of related DeRoyal products that can be used for treatment of the injury. Users with access to our Deroyal Order Connection (D.O.C.) online ordering system may replenish their DeRoyal product inventory directly from this Web application.
