The guidance provided regarding L-Codes and corresponding diagnoses for certain of DeRoyal’s product is based on information compiled from the descriptors and functions associated with the L-Codes and a review of ICD-9 Codes from publicly available information and anecdotal information obtained from sources familiar with the billing process.
