DESCRIPTION: We are seeking entry-level and experienced sales people to join our Outside Sales group.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include selling operating room and medical device products to hospitals and surgery centers.
REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates should have prior sales experience, preferably with medical product sales, as well as experience using copiers, business machines, and computers. To qualify, you must have a BS degree, or a combination of education and experience, or equivalent experience in medical sales, a willingness to travel, and a professional attitude and appearance. Computer experience and the ability to produce Excel spreadsheets, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, and a working knowledge of the Internet required.

Injection Mold Operator

LOCATION/SHIFT: Powell, TN 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Must be able to work rotating weekends
DESCRIPTION: DeRoyal has immediate openings for first and second shift Injection Mold Operators. Day shift working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Night shift hours are 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Candidates must be able to work rotating weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Responsible for inspecting plastic components or product from assigned molding machines to ensure that production conforms to all specifications.
·Collects samples from assigned machines and inspects following a prescribed method and utilizes equipment as directed.
·Ensures that all machines are running the correct raw material as specified.
REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidate must possess:
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior related experience and/or training is a plus.

LOCATION/SHIFT: Powell, TN Day Shift 7a.m. to 7p.m. Night shift 7p.m. to 7a.m. Must work alternate weekends
DESCRIPTION: DeRoyal, delivering high quality medical products and innovative healthcare services, is actively searching for Plastic Process Technicians to join our Royal Precision Plastics facility. Working hours for the positions are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Some responsibilities include:
· Loading injection molds, blow molds and extrusion dies into machines and setting up machines to run quality parts.
· Ability to start all plant equipment from a cold shutdown, including molding machines, robots, chillers, air compressors, material handlers/conveying equipment, air conditioning units and the process monitoring system.
· Utilizing statistical tools to ensure that assigned machines are operating within established parameters and control limits and parts conform to established specifications.
· Performing routine plant maintenance activities.
REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED. Previous related work experience in Injection Molding, Blow Molding and/or Extrusion is required.
