	From DeRoyal Headquarters in Powell, TN to DeRoyal in Rose Hill, VA Start out from DeRoyal by turning left onto Beaver Creek Road. Go approximately .3 miles, then turn left onto Brickyard Road. Stay on Brickyard for approximately .5 mile. Turn right onto Emory Road (TN-131). Continue on Emory for 2.22 miles. Merge onto I-75 North via the ramp on the left. Continue 22.3 miles on I-75 North. Take exit number 134 toward Jacksboro/Lafollette/Cove Lake State Park/ Cumberland Gap Park. This will put you on TN-63E. Stay on TN-63E for approx. 38 miles. Turn left onto Cumberland Gap Parkway (US-25E N). Take the US-58E ramp toward Cumberland Gap. Stay straight to go onto US-58 E. Continue to follow US-58 E for approximately 20 miles. Wound Care plant will be on the right. Surgical and Three-D plants will be on the left approximately 5 miles later.
