CAD SYSTEM
For a custom spinal orthosis to fit perfectly, special technology must be used during the measurement
and production process. DeRoyal/ Atlanta International has a complete Tracer CAD System on site in
Stone Mountain, Georgia to accommodate the widest range of designs and dimensions. This complex
system offers our practitioners in the field the ability to email, fax or phone in measurements from any
location. These measurements are entered into our Tracer CAD System, modified to the specifications
and sent to our carver for an exact duplication. We understand that many individuals you see are not
easily duplicated by measurements alone. This technology allows us to produce an anatomically
precise orthosis for patients of all sizes that is available to ship the same day it is ordered. As an
extension of your practice our laboratories are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to deliver and
meet your needs promptly. With proven results from clinical trials, research and feedback from the
field, the Tracer CAD technology allows DeRoyal to offer the most comprehensive, service-based focus
on spinal orthotic manufacturing.
