DeRoyal offers an extensive line of custom-to-cast knee braces. Each is handcrafted of carbon graphite composite over the cast-model of your patient, guaranteeing an intimate fit and improved support and control. Each is individually lined with soft neoprene with an absorbent Lycra® cover. The full shell design enhances support and control by soft tissue compression and close-to-the-joint support. Each is finished in our own deep gloss technique that illuminates the "high-tech" look of the carbon graphite.

CUSTOM MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

DeRoyal's commitment to quality and service is enhanced by the introduction of the new Custom Measurement Tool. This tool presents a new option for clinicians who favor the fit and function of the ACL and OA braces, but have neither the time nor the resources to cast the patient. This easy-to-use tool utilizes an extensive library of leg measurements that allows us to engineer a precise fit every time.

DeRoyal CUSTOM FITTING KIT

Specially designed for use with DeRoyal custom knee braces, this fitting kit comes with everything needed to create the cast mold for a custom brace. Kit includes: 3 rolls Caraglas® Ultra, latex-safe gloves, towel, measuring tape, cutting strip and one indelible pencil. The kit ensures the accuracy and

fit of the brace.
