I understand that any misrepresentations, false statements or omissions of facts called for on this or any other DeRoyal employment form may be sufficient cause for cancellation of my application or immediate dismissal, if discovered during the interview process or after my employment, from the company service
  2. I authorize any of my former employers to give any information to DeRoyal concerning my past employment history and do hereby release my former employers from any liability for damages due to releasing information regarding my employment with them.
  3. I authorize DeRoyal to verify and/or initiate a check on my education records, motor vehicle/driving record, and/or criminal history record.
  4.
